What is Somatics ?
Befriend your body and it will become a safer place. The world will become a safer place.
Building a relationship with your body based on trust and kindness. In somatic movement there is no goal, nothing to be fixed. By moving slowly and with open awareness, we develop a sensitivity to listen to the quieter voices of our inner world to then move into relating with the outer world.

As a teacher I am interested in our full experience as a body, finding joy in moving freely with fluidity, self-compassion and trust to let go.
Classes are in French/Dutch/English. More details below.

The yoga courses are a place to explore movement, to notice where you find yourself in the present moment. Soft movements, yoga poses, breath. Relearning to feel movement as expression and gesture rather than just mechanical action.
